Leads cross-functional initiatives from concept through deployment, coordinating stakeholders, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, approvals, and value-realization plans to ensure solutions are technically sound, commercially justified, and operationally executable. Identifies high-cost, high-consumption, high-failure, high-scrap, long-lead-time, or supply-constrained components and works with Engineering and other stakeholders to develop repair, redesign, sourcing, reuse, manufacturing, or process-improvement solutions.
