Provide leadership for clinical staff, oversee productivity goals, provide guidance, support, performance feedback and evaluation, plan and monitor professional development, and ensure adherence to protocols, Engage in appropriate written and verbal communications with your team, senior leadership, clients, families, payors, and regulators, Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure, Perform quality assurance audits on all clinical records while driving important workflows and quality outcomes, Qualifications: Master's Degree in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, with a valid GA license preferred, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Health Science field, with a valid GA License required preferred. 5 - 10 years of demonstrated knowledge and experience in budget development, financial literacy, and productivity system design based on desired outcomes, 5 - 10 years of experience as a leader, administrator, or regulator of Home Healthcare, 5 - 10 years of leadership experience in care management activities in Home Health-based programs.
