Key responsibilities include: Conduct routine inspections and log operational status of mechanical and electrical systems, including switchgear, generators, ATS, PDUs, UPS systems, battery strings, fire suppression systems, chillers, pumps, AHUs, CRAC units, VAVs, hot water systems, and cooling towers. Operate the Building Automation System (BAS) to monitor conditions, respond to alarms, rotate equipment, override schedules, and adjust setpoints.
