Responsibilities:Leads the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services in an operations environment using subject matter expertiseManages projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiativesAdvises as a technical expert in assigned area by providing work direction, guidance, and training to employees and business partners on new complex initiativesBuilds relationships with business partners across various Lines of BusinessManages and defines responsibilities and accountabilities for key program and projectsRequired Qualifications:Advanced knowledge of investment performance measurement methodologies, including Time-Weighted Rate of Return (TWRR), Money-Weighted Rate of Return (MWRR), Modified Dietz, asset weighting, aggregation methodologies, and risk statistics. Key responsibilities include analyzing and resolving complex investment performance calculation discrepancies and return outliers, providing support to business partners and Financial Advisors, driving operational improvements, supporting performance platform enhancements, and translating sophisticated performance methodologies and analytical concepts into actionable business solutions.
