The core responsibilities of this role include: Process inbound and outbound shipping documentation, including bills of lading (BOLs), packing slips, manifests, and carrier paperwork. Works closely with customer service, client representatives, and representatives and drivers of trucking firms to achieve and maintain high service levels.
