Key Responsibilities: Operate high-volume printers, copiers, and scanning equipment Print, copy, scan, bind, and finish legal documents (court binders, contracts) Perform quality checks and ensure accuracy of documents Use document imaging and management systems Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including legal mail scanning Manage shipping and receiving (FedEx, Client, courier services) Sort, distribute, and track mail and packages Apply postage and maintain mail logs Maintain office supplies, snacks, and beverages Set up meeting and conference rooms (including catering support) Assist with office moves and light facility maintenance Coordinate with vendors and support workplace operations Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders Maintain daily reports, logs, and billing records Respond to service requests and job status inquiries Support reception coverage during breaks and lunches Supervise and guide a small team (approx.
