Utilizing parametric and non-parametric statistics, data analysis techniques, computer analysis, basic modeling and simulation applications, and survey test and evaluation methods to include Students-t-test, Exact Binomial Test, Exponential and Poisson distributions, F-tests, chi-square tests, power analysis and sample size estimation. Working with the Operations Lead and Lead Test Planner provide Operational Research Systems Analyst (ORSA) expertise that supports Joint Test and Evaluation (JT&E) project teams in the design, development, planning, and implementation of test design, data collection, and data analysis activities.
