This role is responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring direct care staff; maintaining compliance with licensing, accreditation, and funding requirements; and creating a safe, supportive home environment that promotes independence, dignity, and individual success. The Residential Program Manager provides leadership and oversight for one or more Hope Network residential homes, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services for individuals served.
