Reporting to the Vice President for Institutional Advancement, the Director is responsible for leading the College's institutional fundraising efforts, securing philanthropic and public funding that advances CIA's mission, strategic priorities, academic programs, student success initiatives, capital projects, and long-term sustainability. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong project management abilities, sound judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, administrators, trustees, donors, and community partners.
