The Admissions Specialist is a vital part of our dynamic team that initiates new admissions prospects, conducts tours of the Rehabilitation and Nursing Center for prospective residents, schedules appointments with family/Power of Attorney to gather information for the application, works closely with the prospective resident and their families to address any questions/concerns, and completes all required documentation necessary for their admission (including verifying status of applications with Medicaid). Here at Rockingham County, NH, we service our local community through efforts at our County Attorney's Office, Registry of Deeds, Sheriff's Office, Department of Corrections, Human Resources, Finance Office, Nursing Home, Assisted Living Community, and Facilities Operations.
