The Sales Manager will lead account development, identify new business opportunities, and manage key customer relationships while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Actively engage with potential customers through various sales techniques, including Advertising on social media, lead follow-up, networking, and online outreach, to promote our extensive range of container products and services. As an Outside Sales professional, you will be responsible for generating sales using Company provided leads from a variety of sources, this could include Web leads, Direct Mail response leads, and In-person restaurant Seminars. Successful members of our sales team come from an impressive variety of different backgrounds and experience levels!
Through developed partnerships and interaction with customers, commercial clients, franchisers, business leaders, governmental officials and key strategic partners, new contracts are acquired and/or existing contracts extended for the collection, processing, transportation and disposal of solid waste and recyclables. Accountable in partnership with corporate sales, marketing, and regional management for developing bid and RFP submittal packages and insuring that proposals meet all specification requirements, required pro-forma, pricing and professional quality in appearance/content.
