Position Description: In this position, you will work directly with Ag Relationship Managers, Customers, Credit Analysts, Regional Credit Officers, Special Assets, and Regional Management to return a loan to a viable financial position through restructuring, borrower counseling, creative credit packages and/or resolution of distressed accounts if needed. Will act as a key influencer with Customers and Ag Relationship Managers and work with Credit Analysts and Management in assigned regions to address customer situations in or approaching the need to refer to the Special Assets team.
