This individual serves as the primary bridge between operations, supply chain leadership, and technical delivery teams, ensuring solutions are simple, scalable, and aligned to best practice, while supporting meaningful automation and responsible AI adoption. This role is responsible for the end‑to‑end design, execution, and continuous improvement of planning and scheduling processes across Dynamics 365 (D365) and supporting Power Platform solutions, including NTS’s planning Power App.
