Supervises skilled or semi-skilled employees in maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, cement work, masonry, and other general upkeep which involves furnishings, structures, floor covering, equipment, heating, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, and related systems. Experience in electrical, plumbing, appliances, painting/drywall, carpentry, heating, air handling systems, mechanical repairs on vehicles and welding is a plus.
