Conduct work orders and address issues as they arise at all company locations; identify, find, and check out parts as needed from storeroom; Operate forklift, genie boom, and scissor lift as needed to complete work ordersComplete preventive maintenance work orders as assigned and recommend revisions to improve reliabilityCommunicates machine improvement suggestions, equipment requiring maintenance, training opportunities, or operational/safety concerns to the supervisor when appropriateUtilizes the CMMS to create, manage, and document all work; Reviews the written quality of Maintenance Work Orders to ensure explanations are complete and accurateCompiles shift information to lead shift “pass down” meetingsWorks with Maintenance Manager, Operations Manager, and Director of Quality & Technical Services to drive Root Cause Failure AnalysisEnsures that good housekeeping and safe work practices are followed.
