Support backend investigation and synthesis of available information, including Conduit guidance, work-order examples, adoption metrics, reporting examples, process information, working-session notes, and stakeholder inputs. 5-8+ years of overall experience, with 3+ years in business analysis, process analysis, KPI reporting, adoption reporting, operational reporting, PMO analysis, or similar role supporting technology or operational transformation initiatives.
