Financial Analysts in the Residential Utilities Division (RUD) work closely with the division manager and attorneys on contested utility rate increase requests, public utilities proceedings, civil investigations, and other matters that advance the interests of residential and small business utility customers. Additional Minimum Qualifications to be considered at the Legal Assistant 8 level include: Advanced degree in accounting, finance, economics, engineering, or related fields that require quantitative analysis or equivalent work experience and/or; At least 6 years' experience in accounting, finance, economics, engineering, or related fields.
