Supports education initiatives/classes/events that benefit the staff in collaboration with department-specific leadership, to include but not limited to the annual competency validation, specialty orientation, residency training and onboarding, specialty practice training classes, preceptor class, and facility and region committee participation. You will collaborate with Clinical Specialists, facility-based educators, and providers, functioning as an educator, facilitator, consultant, researcher, and change agent to enhance patient care, while aligning with regional specialty education initiatives.
