Diagnose gaps and develop action plans to improve performance across the region. • Drive the weekly and quarterly Forecast and Outlook process using pipeline analysis, data validation, and identify gaps and actions required. • Manage local execution of Sales Quota setting and validate attainment and exception requests. • Assess current business practices and provide innovative ways for improved efficiency and effectivenessWhat You Bring to the Role • Tenured experience in sales operations or related field ideally in a BPO or contact center • Ability to be successful working in highly matrixed organization and able to build support and strong relationships with key stakeholders and peers • Ability to build QBR/MBR decks with specific use of sales data. A curious nature with the ability to challenge sales data and trends. • Strong Excel skills. Experience in CRM and data visualization tools (e.g. Sales Force SFDC, Tableau, Power BI) preferred • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.
