As the Senior Operations Business Analyst, you'll serve as the functional owner of our Epicor ERP environment, partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, and shop floor teams to configure, test, and deploy the Epicor modules that support production management, inventory control, supply chain, and shop floor workflows. Working closely with Operations, IT, and shop floor leadership, you'll provide day-to-day functional support, perform root-cause analysis on system issues, and handle user requests, while building and maintaining Business Activity Queries (BAQs), dashboards, and custom reports.
