The Change Management Analyst will work closely with the Change Management Lead, consulting partners, project teams, business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and end users to help plan, coordinate, execute, and track change management activities. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Change Management Analyst to support the NiSource Customer Program, a large-scale customer transformation initiative focused on improving customer operations, technology, processes, stakeholder readiness, and adoption of new ways of working.
