Data to be collected includes: student record review, immunization compliance, students receiving medications, students with chronic conditions, abnormal screening results, list of students visiting school clinics, educational classes provided by school and topic of discussion, and students requiring "Epi-Pens". Conducts health education classes: dental and general health, injury prevention and safety, nutrition and physical activity, human sexuality, mental health and self-esteem, substance abuse, suicide prevention and other approved classes that address high risk behaviors, and staff wellness.
