Manage & Maintain Eligibility:Oversee all eligibility operations, including processing enrollments, additions, changes, and terminations for group medical, ancillary, and worksite products during renewals and ongoing eligibility cycles while entering all required information from employee change forms into internal databases with accuracy; respond promptly to agents, employer groups, carriers, and internal teams within required timeframes, and ensure that eligibility data remains current, precise, and aligned with carrier requirements. Coordinate and Support Integrations: Handle all Benefit Systems integrations by establishing and monitoring data feeds such as 834 EDI files, Data Exchange feeds, COBRA, Cafeteria, and Payroll integrations- while entering progress updates into internal systems, tracking transmission status in real time; resolve discrepancies and transmission errors, and ensure seamless and accurate flow of eligibility data between employer systems, carriers, and partners.
