Bachelors degree plus 2 years of quality assurance/quality control, food safety, project management, data analytics, production, operations, winemaking, or engineering experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Associates degree plus 4 years of quality assurance/quality control, food safety, project management, manufacturing, data analytics, production, operations, winemaking, or engineering experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of quality assurance/quality control, food safety, project management, data analytics, production, operations, winemaking, or engineering experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. Responsibilities include managing quality inventory processes and reporting; facilitating aging inventory reviews, status changes, and cross-functional quality meetings; analyzing data, trends, metrics, customer claims, and returns to identify risks and improvement opportunities; and leading root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
