The position functions as a liaison to community providers, agencies, and organizations involved with the participants, including the jail, treatment providers, public defenders, court personnel, and District Attorneys office. Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with provider agencies and community stakeholders including the court system, law enforcement, magistrates, homeless shelters, community agencies and residential facilities as applicable.
