The right candidate should have a working knowledge of electric, plumbing, drywall, flooring, appliances, windows and locks and will also live on the property and be responsible for the repairs, upkeep and maintenance of the community. Carpentry, plumbing, light electrical, painting, refurbishing, cleaning, waste removal, heat and air-conditioning repair, masonry, grounds keeping, landscaping and sewer maintenance.
