Under the general direction of the Director of Finance, coordinates and supervises the preparation of complex fiscal, operational and management studies and analyses of various Board of Education programs, operations and policies; plan, directs and monitor the procurement of goods and services; performs other related duties as required. Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degrees in Finance, Accounting, Business or Public Administration and seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of purchasing, financial, operational or procedural analysis/auditing of which four (4) shall have been in a supervisory capacity.
