Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service which includes; 1) Directed the work of subordinate employees by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and evaluating performance; AND 2) Provided technical oversight for real estate appraisal services to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies; AND 3) Exercised approval authority for real estate appraisals for the acquisition and disposal of government property interests.
