Experience working in refineries, chemical plants, power generation facilities, pulp and paper mills, ethanol facilities, food processing plants, utilities, or other heavy industrial environments. This is a hands-on field leadership position requiring strong mechanical skills, sound judgment, a commitment to safety, and the ability to lead technicians while completing critical repairs in demanding industrial environments.
