Manage all aspects of project execution, including scope development, qualifications and proposal preparation, client presentations and interviews, contract negotiations, budgeting and cost control, scheduling and resource management, design coordination, change management, cost estimating, bidding support, construction administration, project communications and reporting, and cash management. The successful candidate will possess significant Design-Build experience, a strong understanding of federal project delivery requirements, and a proven record of leading multiple complex projects concurrently from planning and design through construction administration.
