Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of operating systems, hardware, storage, network, security, database administration and cloud infrastructure - Experience presenting complex ideas in writing in the form of authoring white papers, proposals, or other formal strategy documents - 4+ years of people management, including 2+ years as a manager of managers experience - Experience managing communication with geographically distributed teams - Knowledge of safety, security, and availability incident response, incident management, and incident resolution. Basic Qualifications - 4+ years of technical work with computer systems and technology components experience, or experience in technical work related to computer systems and technology components - Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, computer engineering, or related field, or experience managing teams - Experience with Six Sigma, or analytical and process improvement techniques - 4+ years of people management in data center operations or critical infrastructure environment.
