p>• 6-8+ years of experience in creative marketing, design, or art direction within entertainment, broadcast, streaming, or digital media • Strong portfolio showcasing campaign development, visual storytelling, brand design, and multi-platform creative • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and experience guiding motion/animation workflows • Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to translate ideas into polished, on-brand visual systems • Experience developing creative for iconic brands, entertainment IP, or character-driven storytelling is highly preferred • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; able to articulate ideas clearly to cross-functional partners • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple creative projects simultaneously. Working under the Executive Creative Director, this role conceptually and visually elevates all creative materials-broadcast promos, digital and social assets, brand campaigns, key art, pitch materials, on-set graphics, and franchise extensions.
