li>The employee is frequently required to move self into different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments, including tight and confined spaces, ascend and descend stairs, ladders, ramps, step stools, etc., traverse flat and uneven terrain, work in an overhead position and/or reach, use wrists, hands and fingers in repeating motions, operate machinery and power tools, operate motor vehicles and/or golf carts, exposed to outdoor weather elements (wind, precipitation) including low and high temperatures and exposed to hazardous chemicals and be able to work overtime, weekends and night hours (on-call property emergencies). The employee is frequently required to move self into different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments, including tight and confined spaces, traverse flat and uneven terrain, ascend and descend stairs, ladders, ramps, step stools, etc., work in an overhead position and/or reach, operate machinery and power tools, operate motor vehicles and/or golf carts, adjust and move objects of 100+ lbs.
