Demonstrate enhanced product and sales knowledge of all New Peoples Bank products, services, procedures, policies and appropriate regulatory issues relating to daily job functions including but not limited to: Bank Secrecy Act, Privacy, Fair Lending, Regulation E, deposit, transactions, personal loan accounts, mortgage and equity loan originations, cash management, and electronic services. Responsible for ensuring satisfactory audit ratings are achieved at the branch level, including but not limited to: completing and/or supervising the completion of the branch's monthly internal audit reports and ensuring operating policies and procedures are adhered to.
