You will lead the strategy behind major equipment investments, lifecycle planning, fleet performance, and supplier partnerships-ensuring our teams have the right equipment, at the right time, to deliver. Experience building strategic relationships and negotiating with OEMs, equipment vendors, suppliers, and service partners; construction, mining, or heavy civil experience is preferred.
