Represent U.S. Total Rewards in applicable regional and global forums, providing U.S. expertise and ensuring effective integration of global initiatives within the U.S. Lead, develop, and coach the Total Rewards team, establishing priorities, objectives, and accountability while building functional capability. Owns and leads the design, governance, and delivery of U.S. Total Rewards programs, translating the organization's Total Rewards strategy into competitive, equitable, compliant, and cost-effective compensation and benefits programs.
