Responsibilities:
The EVS Assistant Manager is responsible for managing and supervising environmental services staff, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.<ul style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#000000;font-weight:400">Assist the EVS Manager in overseeing daily operations of the environmental services team to ensure high standards of cleanliness.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#000000;font-weight:400">Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, staff assignments, and inventory of supplies and equipment.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#000000;font-weight:400">Conduct training sessions for staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and infection control measures.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#000000;font-weight:400">Effectively communicate with staff, residents, and facility management regarding operational needs and feedback.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#000000;font-weight:400">Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies, including using personal protective equipment (PPE).</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#000000;font-weight:400">Perform quality inspections of cleaning tasks and provide constructive feedback to team members.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#000000;font-weight:400">Represent HCSG positively through courteous and cooperative interactions with supervisors, co-workers, clients, residents, and guests.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#000000;font-weight:400">Perform all other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 

Qualifications:
<ul style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#0d0d0d;font-weight:400">High school diploma or equivalent is required.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#0d0d0d;font-weight:400">Previous experience in environmental services, housekeeping, or facilities management is desired.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#0d0d0d;font-weight:400">Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#0d0d0d;font-weight:400">Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and safety regulations.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#0d0d0d;font-weight:400">Basic computer skills for record-keeping and report generation.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#0d0d0d;font-weight:400">Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#0d0d0d;font-weight:400">Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#0d0d0d;font-weight:400">Residency within the service area is required.</li></ul>  Ready to Join Us?If you're looking for a role where you can lead with passion, drive positive change, and be part of a supportive and dedicated team, apply now and start making a difference at HCSG!
