Overview: The Resident Lifestyle Assistant assists the Director of Resident Lifestyle and the Resident Lifestyle Coordinator with planning, organizing, and carrying out a program of activities, which provide entertainment, intercommunication, exercise, relaxation, opportunity to express creative talent, and fulfill basic psychological, social, and spiritual needs for our residents. Qualifications: Education: High Diploma or GEDLicenses or other required certifications: Experience: 1 year or less experience in leading and assisting with a variety of activities and programs, preferably with older adultsSpecialized knowledge, skills, or abilities:Computer literate and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
