In this on-site role, the Facilities Manager is accountable for all aspects of day-to-day leadership and operations, including regular communication with the client, monitoring of the CMMS system, an in-depth understanding of the contract, strategic planning and execution of preventive maintenance programs, and thoughtful lifecycle planning of assets-all while maintaining strong fiscal discipline. The Company offers HVAC equipment, building automation, security, fire detection, batteries, and other related products, as well as building control systems, energy management, and integrated facility management services.
