The Assistant Principal of School Culture, in collaboration with the Executive Principal and school leadership team, ensures there is a cohesive approach to school culture, build the capacity of teachers, and actively creates systems and routines that bring joy. Provide visionary leadership to all members of the school community, including staff and students, in establishing a positive, structured, and achievement-oriented environment that utilizes PBIS, Expeditionary Learning and other evidence-based practices.
