The Lead Medical Assistant also assists with onboarding, training, and mentoring clinical staff, participates in daily huddles and staff training, provides feedback to clinical team members, and helps identify opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency, accuracy, and patient experience. This role works closely with providers, the Clinic Manager, front desk, and clinical staff to coordinate patient flow, surgical workflow, room readiness, staff coverage, and daily clinical operations.
