In addition to managing its own portfolio, Spruce provides comprehensive, end-to-end asset servicing solutions for third-party owners, including financial asset management, customer account services, billing and payment administration, field operations, fleet management, technical support, and customer care. While the primary qualifier retains day-to-day responsibility for licensing oversight and regulatory compliance, this role will maintain familiarity with Spruce''s operations, support compliance initiatives as appropriate, and be prepared to transition into the primary qualifying representative role should the need arise.
