The Assistant works closely with the Superintendent to develop daily work schedules, coordinate staff and equipment, train and oversee team members, and supervise construction and maintenance activities, all while ensuring the course consistently delivers healthy, high-quality playing conditions for guests. Leading and directing the maintenance of all property grounds for the Tewksbury location, including delegating and assigning daily work assignments, providing guidance, training, coaching, and assisting to team members, and ensuring work is completed as expected and on time.
