Providing expert-level legal guidance across the Company, including to senior executives and the Company's Labor Relations team, on complex labor-related topics including labor relations, union campaigns, mergers and acquisitions, and matters before state agencies and the NLRB. Managing outside counsel strategy, staffing, budgets, motion practice, unfair labor practice proceedings, collective bargaining support, and other significant labor matters, including ensuring practical, cost-effective, and business-aligned outcomes.
