Faculty will also be expected to contribute to growing and evolving programs in a variety of capacities including, but not limited to, curriculum development and innovation, collaborating with colleagues on programmatic structural revisions and program evaluation, instructional design, research, collaboration with school districts and other community partners, and working closely with undergraduate and graduate students. Today, the University delivers on its original land-grant mission of access to education and knowledge by investing in the academics, facilities, support, engagement and vibrant campus life that promote our diverse students’ cognitive growth and academic achievement – all while remaining one of the best values in American higher education.
