Specialty Material Purchasing: Source suppliers, negotiate pricing, and purchase specialty finish materials such as porcelain, natural stone, and wall finishes, coordinating orders and deliveries with project schedules and budgets. We're looking for someone with strong technical construction knowledge who can coordinate design professionals, permitting, scheduling, specialty finish material purchasing, and overall project readiness following contract award.
