Manage the entitlement process for projects from start to finish by supporting zoning, permitting, regulatory compliance, design, due diligence, legal efforts, and community development actions to ensure successful completion and gain entitlements and infrastructure services for projects. Work collaboratively with internal departments such as legal, development, construction, Home and Hospitality, finance, and external consultants throughout the development process, taking the lead and/or assisting in a supportive or collaborative role where necessary to identify and/or mitigate key project risks.
