This role partners closely with People, Operations, Fleet, Legal, and external vendors to reduce workplace and driving-related risk, ensure regulatory compliance, manage employee injuries and claims, and build scalable safety programs as 8Fleet grows into new markets. Workers' Compensation & Injury Management: Lead the workers' compensation and employee injury process, including injury reporting, claims oversight, investigations, return-to-work programs, accommodations, and coordination with employees, managers, and external partners.
