Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Under the direct supervision of the Swim Pool Manager, the role of the Assistant Swim Pool Manager is a part of the pool leadership team, responsible for fostering a positive, engaging, and supportive work environment for all employees, clients, and users of the aquatic facility. You must create a positive, engaging, and supportive work environment for all swimming pool employees, clients, and users by ensuring consistent staff schedules, overseeing equipment and supplies, handling hiring and onboarding procedures, providing staff development opportunities, and administering in-service training.
