Working alongside the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager helps direct daily shift operations, coach and develop team members, control labor and food costs, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for every guest. To prepare you for this leadership role, you will complete a comprehensive 4-6 week onboarding and training program conducted at one of our corporate-operated restaurants before transitioning to your assigned home store.
